I’m so excited for the month of June to roll around…its going to be a full month of weddings, including the nuptials of these two love birds! Sylviana and Vinnie are so much fun – I don’t think we stopped smiling for one second during this shoot. How cute is their pup? He was the perfect addition. I loved photographing Sylivana and Vinnie, they have such a sweet and genuine love for each other, I can’t wait to shoot their wedding in just a few weeks!
Our newest addition!
We are thrilled to welcome our little Delara to the world! She was born on April 23 at 12:10pm, weighing only 7 lbs 1.6 oz, and 19.5 in long. The whole delivery experience really was miraculous. You hear so many stories and you attend birthing classes, but its such a surreal experience. I mean, for 9 months, this little baby was growing inside my belly and then before you know it, the doctor laid her on my chest, and there she was, wiggling around, breathing, crying — I was in awe. Arash and I just kept staring at her and then staring at each other, in complete disbelief. This little human being is ours?? And just like that, in a matter of seconds we were officially parents, responsible for this sweet girl and her full head of hair. ha! The last 4 weeks have been a whirlwind filled with what seems like endless diaper changes and feeding sessions. Our timetable for each day has turned completely upside down — sometimes I can’t even remember what day we’re on. Taking time off to adjust has been so refreshing and we are most definitely enjoying every second with her. I’m pretty convinced God creates babies to be super cute because He knows what sacrifices we will need to make for them, as parents. I never thought that waking up at 3am every day would be possible for me but one look at her face, and I forget all about time. 
A big huge thank you to all our friends, family and sweet couples who have gone out of their way to help us, support us, feed us and encourage us during this time. We feel so loved!! We can’t wait to have you meet our girl in person — if only she knew how loved she already is by all of you! xoxo Delbarr & Arash
Dan & Rachael // Slide Ranch Wedding
Oh how sweet love is. This wedding was an intimate little gathering that oozed humility, love and pure joy. Dan and Rachael were surrounded by their friends and family from the bay area and Colorado to witness the pure love between them. Their ceremony was beyond sweet, so genuine, I had a permanent smile on my face the whole time. Their love is contagious…spending 5 minutes with them, you could feel it. Arash and I absolutely loved photographing and exploring the rolling hills of Marin with them.

Our little family // Parenthood, here we come!
My good friend and fellow photographer, Em the Gem, photographed some sweet family photos of us and I just had to share a small selection of my faves. With just a few more weeks to go before our little one arrives, I’m so grateful to have these images that capture us in this season. Arash and I are so excited (and nervous!) to become parents but we welcome the next chapter with open arms. The nursery is finally decorated, car seat installed, bassinet in place…we just need her to fill in all the gaps. We’ve spent almost 5 years together, 2 of those with Mason, our little pup, and now we add another little life to the mix. Its so surreal. I can’t even begin to express the joy that I feel knowing that I’ll have Arash by my side throughout this process. He’s really such a rock in my life, my biggest encourager and most importantly such a man of integrity. He’s going to be an incredible dad. 
Justin & Christina // Half Moon Bay Engagement
Getting to hang out with Justin, Christina and their little pup was an ideal afternoon! We explored the forests along side the beach in Half Moon Bay — it was a stunning day. We really are spoiled here in Cali, I can’t get enough of all the gorgeous landscapes and the best part is getting to discover them from behind the lens and with people like Justin and Christina.

With baby moradi on the way, things have been gearing up around here for big changes! We most definitely love shooting weddings and working with some of the most amazing couples and vendors. I’ll need to take some time away from my day to day office work once our little girl is here and we’d love some help in the studio! One thing I absolutely love to do, if I’m so lucky, is to empower others, to inspire and to spark inspiration…and it wasn’t too long ago (well, maybe) when I was searching and trying to find where I fit in this world of design and photography. I got my start as an intern and was eager to soak up as much knowledge and experience as I could. I always learn best by example and I hope to offer the same experience to you! This position is perfect for someone who wants to get their feet wet in the photography industry, or wants to learn how to run their own creative business.

Lily and Blake’s hope was to reflect their love for travel, French culture, great food and their love for California. Although they are Texas natives now, they have fond memories of Carmel and the gorgeous landscapes of California so it was only fitting to host their French inspired, rustic wedding at Holman Ranch. My Life Lately // insta-update
If you follow my instagram, you’ll see there’s quite a bit of growing going on. Our lives are quickly changing as baby girl continues to grow inside this belly of mine. I’m officially 31 weeks pregnant and its still so surreal to think that come April, we’ll have a little baby to add to the fam. Arash and I have been busy with redecorating the house…and its so much fun! I finally get to focus on our bedroom — yay for a new bed and art on the walls! The nursery is also well on its way and we’ve officially become organizing masters. There’s something so refreshing about going through all your stuff and organizing and clearing things out. Out with the old and in with the new, right? As we look forward to the next few months we’re so excited for all the weddings and creative projects we’ll be shooting this year too — our calendar is quickly filling up and as we plan and schedule our weekends, its crazy to think how fast time is flying by. We’ve been surrounded by such love and support in these last few months…friends have sent us the most adorable clothes and gifts and have offered so much help and encouragement — its really a blessing. I can’t thank you all enough. Big hug from me to you.
